1. Data we collect

• Google account: name, email address, profile picture — via Firebase Authentication, used only to sign you in.
• Chat messages: the text of messages you send in the public chat, visible to all users of the app, stored on Firebase Firestore. Messages are automatically deleted, including from our servers, 24 hours after they are sent.
• Advertising data: your device's advertising identifier and other technical data collected by Google AdMob to show ads (personalized or not, depending on the consent you give via the consent form shown at first launch in the EEA/UK/Switzerland).
• Push notification data: a device push token and basic device/app info (OS version, app version, language, timezone) collected by OneSignal, our push notification provider, so we can send you notifications. Collected only if you grant notification permission.

2. Purposes of processing

• Authentication and account management.
• Operating the real-time public chat.
• Showing advertising (via Google AdMob) to fund the free service.

3. Third parties involved

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/technologies/ads
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — collects and manages GDPR/UK consent.
• OneSignal — push notification delivery — onesignal.com/privacy_policy

4. Legal basis and consent

For personalized ads, data is processed only with your consent, collected via the form shown on first launch (UMP). You can review or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Privacy" option in the app.

For providing the service itself (login, chat), the legal basis is performance of a contract / your explicit request (use of the app).

5. Data retention

• Chat messages are automatically deleted 24 hours after they are sent, including from our servers.
• Account data is kept until you delete your account or request deletion by writing to the contact address above.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent to personalized advertising, by writing to autieroph@gmail.com.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

8. Content moderation

Chat messages are subject to automated filters (offensive language, disallowed links). Shared content remains the responsibility of the person who posted it.
